Latex and Lustres

I seem to be developing expensive habits. First it was dabbling with Southern Ice porcelain (now a full blown addiction) and more recently I have felt the need to try a little lustre action. Platinum being my flavour of choice. Hmmmm, intriguing.

In conversation with a recent ceramic graduate the other day I completely empathised with her comment that she felt everything she had ever made and will ever make is a test.

Resolution can certainly seem a rare and fleeting notion.

This test tile is just one of many emerging from my kiln of late. Sometimes I think I would be perfectly happy with a lifetime of experiments.
