Hang on a minute - I am in Melbourne.
So next Wednesday evening I'm going to head along to the opening for the Manningham Victorian Ceramic Art Award 2009 at Manningham Gallery. There are 36 ceramic artists taking part and the website has an image and artist statement for every piece included so I've been meandering through the work online and am very much looking forward to seeing it 'for real'.

great link Sophie. LOVE Chris Headley's piece. And I always just want to nestle Bridget Bodenham's work in my hands. Wish I could see it all in the flesh! For now I'll just enjoy browsing the website....
