Busy Days

I try not to get carried away on throwing days, to avoid being rushed and buried in turnings over the next few days. But some days (read most days) it just feels right.

And I'm so enamored with that swish a slip on a just thrown bowl that I feel compelled to do it again and again and to hell with the consequences! Is this the potters' understanding of 'living large' or do I need to get out more?
